Shipping/refund policy

Pickup of a purchased artwork is available at Davidshallstorg 9, Malmö. Orders are usually ready for pickup within 5+ days.

Original artworks are shipped in a protective box to ensure safe delivery.

If you would like to return a purchased product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package. Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping costs and any additional fees, such as packaging and material costs. Please make sure the package is returned securely. Once we have received and inspected the product(s) and confirmed that they are in perfect condition, we will promptly issue a refund, excluding shipping costs.

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include details and photos so we can assist you quickly.

Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import fees.

Please note that colours, shades, and textures may appear slightly different in photographs than they do in real life. While we make every effort to represent the artworks accurately, variations may occur depending on your screen’s contrast, colour settings, and brightness. All artwork photographs are taken in natural daylight.
