In some cultures, people use the concept of a spirit animal to explore their inner world, find purpose, and draw strength from the symbolic attributes of their chosen animal. I like the idea. It is another way to reflect on your own personality and gain a better understanding of your potential.
Wearing a shirt with your spirit animal can be a great reminder in everyday situations, helping you enhance certain qualities in your daily life. Every animal has qualities that we can connect to. The parrot might not be the obvious choice for many, which is why I decided to use it in my painting, to emphasize that any animal can be a spirit animal, as all of them have many wonderful qualities.
