SHADOW is a psychological term encompassing all the thoughts, emotions, feelings, or behavior patterns consciously denied within ourselves because they don’t align with our ego ideal.

We are meant to experience the entire spectrum of emotions, and whether we accept it or not, we can’t change the fact that we feel them. Only by acknowledging them can we take action, gaining power over them and unlocking our full potential.

Acknowledging the shadow without becoming it is the true balance the whole world strives for.

There is no light without darkness, just like Yin and Yang. There is a bit of light in the darkness and a bit of darkness in the light, creating that perfect equilibrium.
